Snapper Crudo w/ Mirin Red Chili Yuzu Kosho

Ingredients
Snapper x 1/2 lb, sushi grade, thinly sliced
Mirin x 2 tbsp
Red Yuzu Kosho x 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Chili and Sesame Seeds, crushed
Recipe
To a small bowl or jar add the yuzu kosho and mirin, mixi to combine.
Plate the snapper, drizzle the yuzu kosho sauce over the fish.
Garnish with crushed red chili and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately.
