Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Asparagus x 1 bunch, ends trimmed
Prosciutto x slices depending on quantity of asparagus
Olive oil spray
Recipe
Blanch the trimmed asparagus by submerging 3 min in well salted boiling water water. Remove to a prepared ice bath for 1 minute then pat dry with paper towels.
Preheat air fryer to 375F. Meanwhile, roll each piece of asparagus into one piece of prosciutto. Transfer the rolled asparagus spears into the air fryer and spray with olive oil.
Air fry until the prosciutto on the outside of the asparagus has become golden brown and crispy (~8-10 min) flipping half way in between.
Remove from air fryer and enjoy immediately.
