Air Fried Baby Artichokes w/ Black Garlic Mayo
Crispy edges. Buttery hearts. That deep, umami-rich black garlic hit. These little guys don’t need much—just heat, salt, and a dip that goes way harder than it should.
Prep List
Baby artichokes, ends trimmed, outer leaves removed
Kewpie mayo x 2 tbsp
Mercola’s Black garlic puree x 1 tbsp
Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
Maldon salt
Recipe
Lightly toss the baby artichokes with olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
Air fry the baby artichokes on 375F for 10 minutes (flipping half way).
While the artichokes are cooking mix the black garlic with the mayo.
Once the artichokes are finished plate then finish with flaky salt and serve immediately with the black garlic mayo.
