Aioli

Ingredients
Garlic x 1 clove, minced
Egg yolk x 1
Extra virgin olive oil x 1 cup
Lemon juice x 1 tbsp
Salt x to taste
Recipe
Prepare the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, egg yolk, and lemon juice.
Whisk until well combined and frothy.
Emulsify the Aioli
While whisking continuously, add oil 1 tsp at a time, fully incorporating before adding more.
Continue adding oil gradually, whisking until aioli thickens and emulsifies into a creamy texture.
Finish
Once all oil is incorporated, season with lemon juice and salt to taste.
